The client is a national Catholic missionary organization with multiple communities, retreat centres, and complex financial operations spanning an entire country. As a religious province, the organization manages community finances, retreat centre operations, personnel across multiple locations, and reporting obligations to both national and international leadership — all while operating in three currencies.

Financial System Depth

The financial management system is the most comprehensive component of the platform. With 16 integrated modules, it handles every aspect of institutional financial management. The general ledger supports a multi-level chart of accounts with configurable categories. Journal entries flow through approval workflows before posting. Recurring entries automate routine transactions.

Payroll processing automatically calculates PAYE tax based on Ghana Revenue Authority brackets, processes SSNIT Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 pension contributions for both employer and employee portions, handles allowances and deductions, and generates payslips and regulatory reports. The asset management module maintains a complete PPE register with straight-line and reducing balance depreciation schedules that post automatically to the ledger.

Multi-currency operations across GHS, USD, and EUR are handled natively, with exchange rate management and automatic currency gain and loss calculations. Year-end financial statement preparation follows IFRS formats, producing income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and statements of changes in equity that are ready for external audit review.
